1. Sort By

Sort By

 

By selecting "Category", "Room" or "Level", changes the sort order of the tree. The user can see elements by "Room" if rooms are defined. Elements can see how the elements are placed on a "Level" by selecting Level. The default view is by Category.

Since no rooms are defined, "no room" is the top node if Room is selected.

If Level is selected, the different levels are listed. If an object is not on a level, it will be either "Not Defined" or "Not Defined - Hosted" .

2. Select By

The "Select By" area allows the user to view the tree by different selections. If there is not a selection set, the default for "Select By" is the Active View.

By choosing Project, the user will see all the elements in the project.

By opening the Filter Tool with a Selection set, the default view of the Filter Tool is just the selection set. The user can change to another.

3. Refresh

This refreshes the tree view with any updates to the project or active view since the form has been opened.
